Hi everyone, this is Anson from AnsonAlex.com and in this video Iamp;#39;m going to talk about your options for deleting or removing version history in a Google document. So here we are in one of my Google documents and Iamp;#39;m just going to go ahead and open up version history by going to file and going down here to version history. I do want to note that if you wanted to you could name this version of the document from here but we want to go into the full history so weamp;#39;ll go and click on see version history. Now for those of you who are wondering if thereamp;#39;s a way to turn off version history right so that as I work on this document in the future it doesnamp;#39;t save all of my changes here that somebody else could then look at. Iamp;#39;m sorry to tell you that no there is no way to turn off version history so I want to get that out of the way. While Google Docs doesnt allow you to directly delete Version History, a common workaround is to make a copy of the document. The new document does not carry over the Version History from the original one, effectively eliminating any unwanted history.

On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Double-click the chart you want to change. At the right, click Customize. Legend. To customize your legend, you can change the position, font, style, and color.
Click Storage. Under Get your space back, click Free up account storage. Under Clean up suggested items or Clean up by service, click a category or service you want to review. Select the files to delete.
