in this video Iamp;#39;ll demonstrate how to set the default font to Aptos in Microsoft PowerPoint desktop version now this is not quite as clean as it is for Microsoft Word and having it there for all new documents and new PowerPoints but there is a workaround for this so we go here to PowerPoint and create a new PowerPoint and notice that by default it will be in Colibri headings to set the default font we have to modify the slide Master by clicking here on view and then go to slide Master once we are in slide Master then we need to go here under fonts click here on customize fonts option search for Aptos and for the body as well give it a name and then we press save this now it will put a configuration of fonts at the very top now in order for us to make use of this in the future with just a couple clicks instead of having to come to the slide master all the time we can put up here a quick access toolbar icon and we can do that by right clicking here and we select add to quick acce

3. How do I remove a font from PowerPoint that Cannot be saved? Launch PowerPoint on your PC and open your files. Go to File Options Save Under reserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, clear the Embed fonts in the file.
In PowerPoint (or Word) click on the File tab and select Options. In the Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation section disable the Embed fonts in the file check box. Click OK and then save your file, which will immediately remove the fonts from your presentation.
