Find duplicates in Word a document First, click the Home tab,and select the Find and replace feature. Input the contents to be found in the Find what input box. Once the text content has been entered, we can click Read Highlight and select Highlight All to find all duplicates in the document.
Select the range that contains the data. Go to the Home tab Find and Replace Go To, or press the shortcut key Ctrl+G to activate the Go To window. Select Blanks, then click Go To. By doing so, all empty rows in your table will be selected. Right-click any blank row Delete Entire Row.
