You can try this apply some (damp not soaking) mositure to the area then sandwhich the area between two sheets of glass larger than the dent, say 10 x 10, put some wieghts on the glass and let sit for a few hours or over night. If the paper has a crinkle you out of luck, see a paper conservator.
Touch up material such as wood filler, magic markers, acrylic paint can be used to repair them.
You can humidify (get it damp but not wet) the paper and gently press out the indentations by rubbing them carefully with a teflon folder (or anything that can carefully press).
Dab a small amount of toothpaste onto the end of a cotton swab or clean, soft cloth. Gently rub the cotton swab or cloth in circular motions on the screen until you see the scratch go away. After this, wipe your screen with a slightly dampened cloth to remove any excess toothpaste.
You can use tap water in a spray bottle or hot water from the tap. I have heard of people using steam from an iron or a kettle. They all work instantly to reshape the spot. My usual method is hot water from the tap, dribbled on the spot.
Wet the back of the dent Spray or dribble water just on the back of the dented area. Rub with your finger if needed. After the excess water was wiped away you cant tell there was ever a dent. This is a sagging corner, not a dent. It will be better repaired by inserting the wedges in the corners.
Heat, used for creating steam to help lift the dent out, can be applied using a household iron (see photo 3). Only use the very tip of the irons sole plate and (sparingly with the heat) moving the iron all the time it is in use.
