Navigate to Preferences Settings and then choose Show advanced settings at the bottom. Next, under Passwords and forms, click on the Manage passwords link. Under the Saved passwords section, select the website and click Delete button.
On your iPhone go to Settings [your name] Sign-In Security. Tap Turn On Two-Factor Authentication, then tap Continue. Enter a trusted phone number (the number youll use to receive verification codes), then tap Next. A verification code is sent to your trusted phone number.

Your keychain may be locked automatically if your computer has been inactive for a period of time or your user password and keychain password are out of sync. You can set a length of time that Keychain Access waits before automatically requiring you to enter your password again.
