so normally when the recruiter calls you to negotiate your salary the way to do it is in my opinion always do not talk about the sign on bonus do not talk about relocation unless you have finalized your base salary once the base salary is finalized they say that okay hundred and ten thousand is your base salary and then its finalized for example then you can talk about hey Im moving from California to Arizona is can you provide any assistance and then they immediately usually say that yeah we have this company wholl take care of your relocation and then well give you a container you can put all your things in it and then well ship it well give you a plane ticket and then well give you five days of hotel stay in Arizona because youll have to find out a place to stay and stuff but if you ask for cash instead of that package theyll youll actually end up making getting more money because we generally dont tend to I dont I did not need a container to ship my things I did not hav
