[Music] this is memorable you ever drive into a lush swamp tires you know what happens they run out to your car scare some people away some people drive in see a guy running at and they back right back out but see it les schwab you dont have to go in and mill around and wait for somebody to help you they come to your car what are you doing to make your experience memorable stayed at the W Hotel in Washington left a 7:00 a.m. wake-up call I woke up early went down to the gym got back to my room at 7:20 Im about to jump in the shower I hear a knock on the front door I look out that little hole theres a guy I dont know anybody at the hotel I said what is it he said sir you did not answer your phone we wanted to make sure you were awake have you ever been at a hotel where you left a 7:00 a.m. wake-up call and they didnt call and you woke up at 8:30 and you had a stroke because you missed your meeting see there is this killer app I want you to take back with you its called thoughtfuln
