you begin by placing the cover on a flat and clean surface then you weight it down just prevent the cover from moving during the treatment process we normally use a Mars deadly eraser it has no natural oils in it and it will not produce any chemicals or leave residue on the surface of the paper then you just get a common parmesan grater and you grate the eraser until it forms a fine crumb you can then carefully pour this crumb onto the area which youre wanting to clean using clean fingers we dont use gloves because it causes static on the crumb you gently can rub the chrome around the area and you can see that the bits of eraser start going darker color as its picking up the dirt and then in the paper surface this is a more invasive way of cleaning than the spoke sponge however it is very good for getting into creases and its very good for lifting the ingrained dirt out of the paper surface so its just a methodical process you go down and you circle in circular motion the grated e

Place enough baking soda onto the paper so that it completely covers the stain and leave overnight. The baking soda should be in a relatively tall pile. If you can still see the paper through the baking soda, add more! Other non-staining absorbent powders will also work for this step.
Use a clean cotton bud and some clean cold water and gently dab the blood stain enough to moisten and dilute it slightly. Use a dry cotton bud to roll over the surface and mop up the blood. Do not allow the paper to become too wet as it will distort.
Most water stains are not actually caused by the water itself but from the tannins in the wood behind the paper, which dissolve when they come into contact with the water. Often these can be eliminated with a little bleach mixed with distilled water. (For oil and grease stains, try a white eraser.)
Mix one part bleach and two parts water. If any traces of tea stain remain on the paper, scrub the paper with this solution, using an old, but clean, toothbrush. Use a very light scrubbing motion to avoid ripping the paper. Remove the liquid from the paper by blotting with paper towels.
baking soda on the stain and add a little water to make a paste. Scrub the stain with a damp, soft sponge. The gentle, abrasive nature of baking soda helps lift coffee or tea stains from the surface. Once youve finished scrubbing, rinse the mug well to remove any remaining baking soda.
How Do I Remove Tea Stains from Paper? To remove tea stains from a piece of paper you can use the same methods as with coffee. Make sure to mop up the excess liquid from fresh spills quickly to avoid stubborn stains. You can use the white vinegar method for fresh stains and a bleach solution for older stains.
Removing old stains with a bleach solution I mixed a solution of about 20 parts water with 1 part chlorine bleach, then used a cotton swab to dampen each stain. On the top stain, I used light pressure and scrubbed just a little bit with the cotton swab.
Small, localized deposits of dirt may be reduced by gentle rubbing with a surface cleaning sponge or a piece of a vinyl block eraser. When using the latter, cut the eraser into a wedge, pencil-point, or whatever will result in the best cleaning shape for this piece.
