this video is going to show you how to free up space on your hard drive thats being consumed by onedrive so a couple things first one thing is that when you create a file in onedrive on your computer it actually stores two files one file is stored on the internet in the cloud and one file is stored locally which means on your computer also when youre on your computer and you open up one of those onedrive files it stores a copy on your computer now over time all those files could take up space and you might start seeing errors that youre low on space so one way to free this up were gonna keep the cloud copy so that saves forever but were going to remove the extra copy thats on this computer you can go to this search bar and you could type in file explorer another way to get there is to click on the little folder icon right here in the taskbar another way to get here also is to just double click on this PC or my computer whatever your computer says now once youre here youre gonn
