In this tutorial, we explain how to send purchase orders and attachments via email using SEALSystems. Attachments, including documentation and drawings, can be linked to the order in various ways. For example, in our sample order, a PDF is attached using the services for objects button, and additional documents are linked through line items on the purchase order. We demonstrate accessing a purchase order with several linked attachments through transaction ME23N and sending the order and attachments via message output control. By opening the messages window, users can view output messages, create and save a message to activate the transmission of the order and attachments, which is then automatically processed for delivery to recipients.
