In this video, Thomas Spencer shows how to clean and conserve a print for sale. He uses a hard plastic eraser, a smaller plastic eraser with sharp edges, a large brush, and a smaller brush with softer bristles. Spencer demonstrates removing surface dirt and washing the print to remove foxing and discoloration caused by an acidic mount. The edges of the print also show discoloration, which should come out after washing.
