hi and in todays short tutorial im going to show you three ways that you can adjust your margins in word so the first way is by going to your rulers you can see ive got my rulers at the top here and also to the side here now if you cant see your rulers if you go up to view and then along to ruler and make sure thats checked and you can hover your cursor between any white section and the gray section and your cursor will change so lets use this one here you can see how that has changed to a double headed arrow if i click and drag you can see how that line will move in accordance with where i drag it to and that will adjust your margin you can also go down to the side ruler here and do exactly the same hover your cursor between the white and grey section click and then just drag those margins up or down now thats great if youre happy to have slightly uneven margins but if you want to ensure that theyre equal then if you go up to layout and along to margins click on the drop dow
