[Music] okay so Im 10 or 11 days out from the hybrid event that is once again powerlifting total Ive got bench Target IS300 L 400 lb squat 500lb deadlift and one mile run running sub six it has been extremely touch and go and the level of confidence I feel whether or not Im actually going to be able to achieve this right now is heavily dictated by the amount of anti-inflammatories in my system but overall right now my kiles are feeling okay and Im feeling pretty good today supposed to be kind of a bit of a full body active recovery day some light tissue profusion nothing uh overly heavy cuz its some heavyish deadlifts yesterday so basically Im just going to do some Zer walking lunges Im going to do some slams going to do some tie flips a few other bits and then see where the session takes us lets [Music] go [Music] one of the things Ive noticed over the last few weeks since Ive been doing the training that Ive been doing mainly cuz my lower backs been so stpp and aggravated
