hi all it is of course completely presumptuous of me to dare to write and broadcast a video entitled message to the christian churches but im going to do it anyway because i have something to say and because that something needs to be said ive been speaking to and watching and listening to audiences all over the western world for the past four years in person and in virtual form and have learned a few things in consequence it all started in some sense with the lectures i did on genesis in 2017. my family and i took a risk and rented out a theater in toronto on the off chance that there might be an audience for what might be described as a psychological approach to our ancient stories and lo and behold and miracle of miracles there was i completed 15 or so lectures walking through the first biblical book sold out the theater and attracted surprisingly millions of viewers christians jews muslims and atheists and most of the people who attended live and the majority of those who watched

Express your intent to leave the church After your salutation, clearly state the reason for your letter, followed by the date of your resignation. Addressing this at the beginning of your letter lets them know why youre writing them right from the start. It also sets the tone for the rest of your letter.
Grace and peace to you in the name of Jesus Christ was beloved by Paul for both openings and closings; In grace peace tends to be my default sign-off, although Ive used Shalom and a few other churchly signifiers.
Other variants on the love theme include love, hugs, kisses, and may God be with us; and In Jesus love until He comes. Then there are more up-beat ways of ending a letter: celebrate life! ; cheerfully in Christ; grace abounds; or watching God work.
And finally, he sends his regards: The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit (Phil. 4:23). You might end yours with a simple, yet heartfelt, Sincerely, or even, Yours in Christ, depending on the recipient.
Unless Im missing something, simply end it by saying God Bless You, and sign your name, which is no difference than ending a letter with the words love, sincerely, thank you, hope to see you soon and so on..
But you definitely can! You can say that to anyone you wish to be blessed. Elders believe that its their prerogative alone to dispense blessings on behalf of God.
Leave with grace Say goodbye well. Dont burn relational bridges. Affirm the good in what you see in the church youre leaving (remember at one point you thought it was awesome). Take the high road.
Traditionally, if it is not a truly personal letter between family or good friends, the closing would be Yours in Christ, because that is your relationship. Of course, if what you had to say in your letter was not especially Christ-like in intent or expression, you might want to stick with SIncerely.
