all right this is my third time doing this because i really want to keep this under 15 minutes so focus um this is about writing uh business letters in blog style so format and then also content what are the basic content of your paragraphs so let me get right to it first of all lets take a look at a business letter you want to know what they look like this is what it looks like so this is the most basic form of a business letter notice here what we have is we have address and date um and then theres one line skipped this is who its two so whos it being sent to one line skipped this is the greeting dear so and so skip one line were skipping one line this is called a full block because notice over there its all even here leave that justification ragged okay dont do the full justify but here instead of doing tabs were skipping a line to show heres the next paragraph weve got our letter and then of course skip a line or sincerely our closing weve got space to sign it and then o
