Just cover the ink stain with a non-gel-based toothpaste and let it sit for several minutes before rinsing the area with cold water. Repeat the steps until the stain is gone. Just be sure to test a small, inconspicuous area before applying the toothpaste to be sure it won't damage the fabric.
Dip a cloth in only the foam and gently wipe the stain. Rinse with a clean cloth moistened with clear water. If a stain remains, rub the area with superfine (number 0000) steel wool dipped in liquid wax. Rub lightly, because steel wool will remove a fine layer of the surface.
Make a solution of one part 90-percent isopropyl alcohol and one part distilled water; gently dab over stain with a cotton swab (don't let any solution drip), then dry with a soft cloth.
Wet the mousepad with warm water, then apply a small amount of soap. Rub the soap onto the surface of the mousepad, using the sponge to scrub away any stains. If your mousepad has a design on the top, be careful not to scratch the surface and use a soft sponge.
Saturate a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide to treat more resistant stains. Rub the swab over the stains. Continue treating with the stain-erasing sponge.
Rinse with water on a clean cloth to remove any cleaning residue. If the stain still remains, moisten a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and gently wipe the area with the ink. Rinse by wiping with a cloth moistened with clean water. If none of the above remedies work, try wiping the area with nail polish remover.
However, some stains may remain depending on its type. It is always best to try cleaning it immediately after the surface is affected. For mild stains, we suggest a natural option like water and vinegar, or our favorite solution—lemon juice and baking soda.
You see an ink stain or blob on your screen because its pixels are dead or damaged. When pressure is applied to the damaged screen, more pixels are affected, spreading the "ink" across the screen.
How do you remove ink after it has dried? Put down a towel you don't mind getting stained, and place the stained garment on top of it. Treat the stain with rubbing alcohol or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or hair spray and let sit for at least 10 minutes before blotting and rinsing with cold water.
You can simply blot with cold water as long as the stain lifts. If stain remains, spray with hairspray and continue blotting until the stain lifts. Finish by blotting with warm water. You also can dip a soft toothbrush in a 50-50 solution of water and vinegar, then gently scrub on the stain.
