Payments on your overpayment balance can be made in person at the Department of Workforce Development at 10 North Senate Avenue in Indianapolis, online at payingov.com/dwd, by U.S. Mail, or by phone 888-877-0450. If in person, DWD will accept payments in the form of a check, money order or exact cash.
You can check your claim status online at Unemployment Benefits Services or call Tele-Serv at 800-558-8321. We use information from you and your last employer to determine if you qualify.

After you file a claim for UI benefits, you will receive a Monetary Determination in your Uplink Inbox within 10 days. The Monetary Determination explains: The amount of benefits you are eligible to receive, if approved, and how that amount was calculated. The number of weeks you will be eligible for benefits.
