okay we just received this sample in from one of our customers he is wanting to see if a seam cleaner with air can remove these pieces of cob and stems out of this corn sample he is using a rotary type seed cleaner and wanted to see how a seed cleaner with air would perform on the sample were gonna go ahead and run this sample through this clipper office tester and this will show you similar results to what a larger cleaner with bottom air and screens will do I have the cleaner loaded with a 30-round screen on the top and an 18 round screen on the bottom I went ahead and took the time to blank off the second half of this top screen this is something we have learned from experience with situations where theres a lot of stems in the product a lot of times the stem will turn on end and fall through on this second half of the screen after the corn has already fell through on this first half so we blank this off and that just helps it clean a little bit better here I have the cleaner run
