To do that, just click on any folder in your mailbox and then on File. This is going to take you to the Account Information, and under Mailbox Settings, youll see the overall size. For IMAP or POP accounts, you need to right-click on the mailbox and select Data File Properties, then click on Folder Size. The interesting number here is the Total Size including the subfolders.
