[Music] hi and welcome to project 360 this video is going to be how to create a proposal so were over on our proposal section on the left hand side of the menu you can filter your proposals by all by whats been opened whats been signed and completed and whats been archived to create a new proposal as you saw in the sales CRM section you can create a proposal from a deal or if youre not using that you just want to go and create a proposal you can do so right from here by clicking the COG in the upper right hand corner and hit add proposal itll then pull up in the proposal tool you can then select the clients that youre building the proposal for from your client database and hit add you can choose to use or not use the client address Im gonna choose to use it so it auto fill everything in for you youll want to give your proposal a name and again naming is everything so think just like I was saying in the earlier videos and the sales CRM and everything we use a naming scheme in
