in this video I will show you how to search for an asset in tam and tam plus im currently in the asset list tab at the bottom of my screen in the middle and on the screen you will see a list of all of the assets i have created youll notice on the left that I can filter by organization category job and status for example if I tap on organization I can tap on the list of organizations I currently have and it will bring up all that assets affiliated with that organization I can take it a step further by tapping on the eye and searching for a facility and then tap on thigh again group and finally area to filter by the appropriate area I am looking for I can then go to the top left and clear my filters and again all of my assets will show up I can also felt filter by category by job by tapping on the live jobs clear that and I can also filter by status whether it is active available or inactive I can also search and filter the assets by going to the top of the screen on the right and typi

How Charts of Accounts (COA) Work. There are two high-level categories on a chart of accounts: balance sheet accounts, which record the companys assets, debts and net worth, and income statement accounts, which record income from all sources as well as expenditures.
There are 5 major account types in the CoA: assets, liabilities, equity, income, and expenses.
The first digit of the number signifies if it is an asset, liability, or another type of account. For example, if the first digit is a 1 it is an asset account, such as cash, and if the first digit is a 3 it is a revenue account.
The main account types include Revenue, Expenses, Assets, Liabilities, and Equity. Companies in different lines of business will have different looking charts of accounts.
