In your open publication, turn to the page you want to delete. In the Page Navigation pane, right-click the page you want to delete, and then click Delete. If youre in two-page spread view, the Delete Page dialog box will appear. Select the option you want, and then click OK.
Steps for deleting a page in Word. Press Command + 8. This will show all the page breaks between individual pages within your document. Select the page you want to delete. A shaded line indicates where a particular page ends. Press delete. This will effectively delete the page.

You can use undo and redo functions in Pages to quickly address mistakes. Just click the Undo or Redo icons from the page editor. Alternatively, you can use these keyboard shortcuts: Mac - ⌘Z to undo; ⌘Y or ⌘⇧Z to redo.
