To check if your immigration medical file has been submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), locate your immigration medical information sheet provided by the clinic. This sheet features your photo and a barcode in the upper right corner, and was given to you during your clinic visit. Underneath the barcode, find either your UMI or IME number. Enter this number into the search box on the Case Submitted page of the Panel Physician Toronto website, then press the search button. This will confirm whether your immigration medical file has been submitted to IRCC. Typically, it takes some time for the submission to be processed.
