Microsoft Word provides various tools for proofreading documents and correcting typing mistakes. To perform a full spelling and grammar check, navigate to the Review tab and select the Spelling and Grammar command. A pane will appear on the right, guiding you through errors. To correct an error, choose a suggestion and click Change, which updates the document and moves to the next error. However, spell check may falsely flag proper nouns, like names or locations. In such cases, you can choose to Ignore (skip once), Ignore All (skip every instance), or Add (permanently include the word in your dictionary). Ensure that the spelling is correct before adding.
