Hey HubSpotters today Im going to tell you about one of my favorite tools in the HubSpot CRM and that is the templates tool. I use it all the time as Im emailing prospects and customers and it saves me a ton of time. So just like it sounds basically what it is is it allows you to create templates that you can use in your emails so lets be honest most of the emails that we create are just variations on one of several messages and a lot of us are copy pasting or writing the same messages over and over again templates allows you to avoid having to do that so once you have the templates set up its really easy to use them so Ill run through that just super quick and then well go into how to get your first template set up so if youre inside a contact record here and want to send out an email to them using a template all you have to do is click on this templates button up at the top Ill just choose this first template we have here and its going to pre populate all of that template t

You can create a template in your HubSpot account, or if you use the HubSpot Sales Chrome extension, you can create templates within your Gmail inbox. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Conversations Templates. Click New template, then select From scratch. Enter a name and subject for your template.
Please note: you can create custom quote themes and templates with any HubSpot subscription, including CMS Free, but an account will need Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise to use those templates for their quotes.
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Sales Deals. Click the name of a deal. In the right panel, on the Line items card, click Edit.
In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Objects Quotes. Click the Customized quote templates tab. To edit, clone, or delete the customized quote template, hover over the template and click the Actions dropdown menu, then select Edit, Clone, or Delete.
To edit a template: In your HubSpot account, navigate to landing pages, website pages, blog, or email. In the dashboard, hover over the page, post, or email youd like to edit the template for, then click Edit.
