In different parts of the world, checks may be set up in a different way or may have a different format, but more or less, they will always contain the same elements. Okay? So, even if your check in your country looks a little bit different from this, thats okay. Youll still have to fill in the same information. So, lets look at these parts. What is a Compensation Agreement? A Compensation Agreement is used by an employer to record a negotiated change in wage or earning potential for an employee. As an example, after a new employee completed their probationary period, the employer and employee agree to a new wage amount in the form of a raise.

The Basic Law: A mutual mistake occurs when the parties to a contract are both mistaken about the same material fact within their contract. They are at cross-purposes. There is a meeting of the minds, but the parties are mistaken. Hence the contract is voidable.
