Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your  very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form,   but they won't be able to edit the  questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields,  drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someone's finished completing  your form, they can e-mail it back,   they could print it out, or you  could even connect it to a database.   Connecting to a database is outside  of the scope of today's tutorial. It's kind of like an Adobe PDF form, but it's  Microsoft's version of it. I've included sample   files today if you want to follow along, otherwise  let's jump on the PC and let's get started. On the Review tab, go to Changes. Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change. Repeat until youve reviewed all changes in your document.
This red line is there because there are still changes in the document that need to be accepted (which can be minor changes like double spaces or a wrongly placed comma). Step 1: Go to the Review tab and click on Accept (Word 2019). Step 2: Click on Accept all changes and Stop Tracking.
Highlight changes as you work Click Review Track Changes, and then click Highlight Changes. In the Highlight Changes dialog box, select the Track changes while editing check box. Under Highlight which changes, select the When check box and then, in the When list, click the option that you want.
On the View ribbon, if the Side to Side button is shaded, click the Vertical button just to the left of it.
