In this video Id like to show you a feature which is pretty nice and Word to be able to use but a lot of people dont really know about its quite easy to do and that is to add a watermark to your document and to do that its really quite simple you just want to go to Design and then over here where it says Watermark click on that and its go ahead and go to Custom Watermarks. And lets say youre going to share a document with some other people and you want to make it clear that the document is just a draft. So we can go to Text watermark and then under text we could type in DRAFT. Notice the font well leave it at that size you can change the size. Most importantly I want to be Semi- transparent so it shows but it doesnt obscure the text. OK so go ahead and click OK. And then notice here as I scroll through you can see it says DRAFT and I can Print Preview that and that comes through very clearly so when people get this document they will know that it is in fact a draft and as
