To edit invoice templates: From the navigation bar go to Configurations Printing Account receivable invoice template. Choose the desired template and select either Create a global template + or Create a local template +.
An Itemized Original Receipt must, at the least, have the following items on the receipt: Name of Merchant. Address/Phone # (at least one way to contact the merchant) Description of each item purchased. Price for each item purchased. Tax for the taxable items. Grand Total. Date of Purchase. Method of payment.
Set up your receipt template details Navigate to Setup Outlets and registers and click Add receipt template to get started. You can also edit an existing receipt by scrolling to the bottom of the Outlets and registers page and selecting one of the templates youve already created.
Editing receipts On the left side of the editing area, hover over the rows. Rows that are editable will change into an input line. Select the row you want to edit. Enter your new information. Click Apply changes.
An itemized meal receipt should have the name of the establishment, the date of service, the items purchased, the amount paid for each item, and the tax. If the tip is not included in the total it should be written on the receipt.
