hi there welcome back again Im MJ in this video Ill show you how to change default shields default font size font style page view in Microsoft Excel when you open the middle Excel it will take default font size and default font style and sheet so but you can easily change this as per your can unit so for this open the excel sheet click on file open the option click on option select the journal and here in the section of when creating new workbook choose your default font size I will take like Callaway like this okay Ponta to 11 is okay and default new sheet normal you and sheet you can take as per your requirement like Im going to take six done thats it now click ok so from next time when you open any worksheet in Excel each will take your default specification or default given ships so I have you one category LM font size and series one two three four five six so I have done 60 so its really simple and very easy to set a default worksheet and default font size default font style

Open Settings. Select Display. Choose Font size and style. Select your choice of Font from the Font Style menu, and youre done.
To change the font: Select the cell or cells you want to modify. Locate and select Format in the toolbar menu. Hover the mouse over Font, then select a new font from the drop-down menu. In our example, well select Georgia. The text will change to the new font.
In the Themes menu on the right, ensure the Standard theme is selected. This is the default theme used for new Google Sheets spreadsheets. Next, click Customize. Select your new (and preferred) default font in the Font drop-down menu.
To save this as the default style every time you open a new document, click Format Paragraph Styles Options, and then click Save as My Default Styles. If you ever want to reset the font back to the original defaults, go to Format Paragraph Styles Options, and then click Reset Styles to revert them.
How To Change Default Font In Google Sheets Open the Format menu and click on Theme. In the Theme sidebar, click on the Customize button to customize the currently selected theme. Click on the Font dropdown and select the font you want to assign as the default font, then click Done to save the change.
The simplest way to change default font in Google Sheets is to use the Tool menu Font tab. Select your desired font from the Tool menu Font tabs font style pane drop-down menu option. You can also change default font using a custom theme settings.
Go to Format Font Font. + D to open the Font dialog box. Select the font and size you want to use. Select Default, and then select Yes.
Note: You cannot change the default font for an entire workbook in Excel for the web, but you can change the font style and size for a worksheet. Select the cell or cell range that has the text or number you want to format. Click the arrow next to Font and pick another font.
