hello everyone im going to give a demonstration on how we can use the ukg chronos to make employment status changes um from terminate termination of an employee to maybe changing departments or changing salary changing hours in the department or in the job so im going to go through this couple different options that we have available to us that we want to go ahead and start using so the first thing youll want to make sure when you log in that youre on your double head silhouette here and um youll come down here to hr pull this up so hr and then were going to click on hr actions and when you get here youre going to click on the available box these are the different options we have hire employee this will be available to do on in the system now because applicants arent in the system but we are going to be also rolling out um talent acquisition and once we are good and we have the talent acquisition um module um live we will be able to hire employees this way instead of a manager
