Open up a Google Form in the editing window. Click the Customize Theme button (the paint palette icon) in the upper right corner. From there, you can select a font to use for the Header, Question, and Body text of your Google Form. This is also where you can upload a header image and change the colors of the form.
Google Forms offers a variety of question types to choose from, including multiple-choice, checkboxes, drop-down, short answers, paragraphs, and multiple-choice grid questions. To add a question, simply click on the Add Question button. From there, you can select the type of question you want to add.
You can use the Contains text validation for short answer question to ensure that the response contains a specific word or special character and accept only those responses. Click on the add question icon. Select Short answer question. Click on the ⋮ icon and select Response validation. Select Text. Select Contains.
Open a form in Google Forms. To the right of the question title, choose the type of question you want. Type the possible responses to your question.
