Click on any ticket from the Ticket List view or Dashboard to open the ticket. Go to Ticket Details Properties. Update the values that youd like to change in the corresponding fields. Click Update when youre done.
Go to Admin - Workflows - Ticket Fields. Click on Sources. You will already find 13 default sources already available. Scroll down and enter an appropriate source value.
