How do you change topic in form with DocHub?

DO NOT USE unless you are OK with what someone types under other being added to your form. It retains what is typed, adds it to the form, and it appears to the next person completing the form as an answer to choose.
To create a section in your form, click the Add section icon, which looks like an equal sign, from the question menu. In the new section that appears, you can enter a name and description, and add as many questions as youd like. You can also add new questions and drag them between sections, if necessary.
- Customizable other option in Google Forms: You can also change the Other option text of the multiple choices question. To change the text for the other option in Google Form: Select a question -- Click on Other text -- Update the Other text to any new text like Please specify -- Click the Ok button.
Open your Google Form, and Open Pretty Forms Designer from the Add-ons menu. Then Setup Open Form Designer. 2: Click on the Other choice text of the Multiple Choice Question or Checkboxes type Question. 3: Now change the multiple-choice Other options text to something else as per your requirements.

Form owners or collaborators can enable the edit after submit option in Google Forms to allow form respondents to edit the response they have submitted. When this option is enabled, an edit link will be included in the confirmation message shown after submit and the response receipt sent to their email.
