welcome to straight University today were going to be working in the in the inventory module were going to be were going to be talking about delivery orders and so this is going to be uh the first part of a two-part video were going to go over a scenario where a customer ordered some things online um but they they decided they didnt want a couple of those items they called up and so we need to remove them from the delivery order and uh so in this video were going to show you how to remove that from the delivery order by using the sales order and then part two were going to go through on how to reconcile that through the invoicing and sales order tab so this is part one part two uh well follow up with that and and go over more of the the invoicing and accounting side of that so that the inventory gets decremented correctly so as always if were going to go in to our delivery orders we go into the inventory module and then from here we go to our delivery orders to process and we
