Typically all tickets have a no refund, no exchange policy. We recommend you check with the venue box office on the day of the event to see if any exceptions can be made or if an upgrade is available.
The most balanced sound in the hall is usually in the center of the hall. If you are looking for the purest sound, this area would be a great place to look! If you are looking for a seat closer to the stage, some parts of the orchestra will be more prominent.
Orchestra seats get you closest to the stage, but being in the mezzanine or balcony can give you a wider, fuller view of the stage from a little higher up, especially as compared to a section like the side orchestra, where you might be closer, but might not have a full view of one far side of the stage.
Consider upper-level seats. You should be able to see the whole stage, although it will be a distance away. There may be a big screen where you can see up-close shots of the band. Youll likely be on an incline so that the people in front of you wont block your view. Sound floats upward well to balconies.
There is no way to change the name on a printed ticket, as the name on the ticket will not affect who is admitted to the event. As long as the person attending the event has the valid printed ticket in their possession there will be no problems with them using it to gain entry to the event.
When picking where to sit at a concert, is it better to be a bit closer to the stage and not centered or to be centered and a bit further away from the stage? The best sound will be middle, about 50 feet from the stage.
The Almost-Middle Is the Sweet Spot Then, pick seats to the left or right of that area. Speakers are generally set up to hit the middle of most venues, especially indoor facilities such as concert halls.
We were in the last row of a concrete built venue, all I could hear was echo. Yes, you can sit in empty seats at a concert. In most cases, if the seat is not already occupied or reserved, you are free to sit in it.
