you hello everyone how are you doing this is MD tank you of another quick tutorial in todays tutorial Im going to show you guys how to change the office theme for your office products so this is no matter which office application you have open at the moment this will apply for all of them so it should make the change seamless across all office installed applications so were going to jump into it and were going to start by left holding on the file tab one time top left and then you want to go down and left click on options near the bottom of the drop down list now that we are in options here you want to go ahead and make sure youre on the general tab and then you want to scroll down a little bit on this page and to get to the area underneath personalize for copy of Microsoft Office so it should say office theme right here or the drop down box so now you have the ability to change it to either dark gray or white if its currently set the default colorful and it might be different d

Create a new theme color On the Themes tab, under Theme Options, click Colors, and then click Create Theme Colors. Click a color that you want to change, and then click Change Color. Click a color that you want, and then click OK. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each color that you want to change.

To change the current theme to another theme: On the DESIGN tab, in the Themes group, click More. Do one of the following: Under Custom, choose a custom theme to apply. Under Office, click a built-in theme to apply. Click Browse for Themes, and locate and click a theme.
Click on Dark Mode to switch to the new view. If you want the pages in your Document to be white, click on the Switch Background button at the top right.
To change the background color and design of all your Office programs, go to File Options General Office Theme.
If you change your mind, you can always change the theme or variant later on the Design tab. On the Design tab, pick a theme with the colors, fonts, and effects that you like. To apply a different color variation of a particular theme, in the Variants group, pick a variant.
Click on the bottom-facing arrow next to the theme to open the dropdown. If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you should see a Black theme here, alongside the Colorful, Dark Gray and White themes. Switch to the Black theme, and click on OK to save your changes. You now have Word in Dark Mode.
