In this video, Chris demonstrates how to edit a tenant's lease in TenantCloud. To begin, navigate to the Contacts tab or use the search bar to find the tenant's name, then select "View Profile." Next, go to the Leases tab, where you will find the active lease. Click on "More Details" and select the three-dot actions menu to choose "Edit." You will see the same five tabs from when the tenant moved in, allowing you to edit specific fields. Note that if the lease was e-signed, some fields may be grayed out and uneditable. In this instance, since the tenant did not e-sign, more fields are available for editing.
