Every company begins with a standard sales form style, which you can edit or create anew for specific forms. In this tutorial, you'll learn to create a customized invoice template. Start by selecting New Style and choosing Invoice. In the Design tab, you can alter the overall appearance by selecting a preferred template and layout. A key component is adding a logo; simply select Make Logo Edits and then Add a Logo to insert your brand’s logo. This process ensures your invoices align with your company's branding and messaging.

Select Content. Then select a different section (header, table, or footer) on the sample form to customize it.
You can select a different template for specific transactions directly from the form: Create or open an existing invoice, sales receipt, or estimate. Select Customize in the footer. Select a custom template from the list. Select Save and close.

How do I edit the invoice template Go to the Gear icon and then select Custom form styles. Choose the template youd like to customise, then click Edit. You can also click on New Style, then choose Invoice. On the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets, click either the Design or Content tabs.
Under the Design tab, you can change the colors, font style, and logo. In the Content tab, you can add or remove fields and customize your invoices wording. In the Emails tab, you can change your invoice online delivery options. Click Done to save your changes.
Default Invoice Templates Navigate to Settings. Select Custom Form Styles. Locate the desired template and choose the drop down arrow. Select Make Default.
