Add a theme to give your Visio diagrams a professionally-designed look. Select Design. In the Themes group, select More. Point to a theme to see how it looks in the diagram.
If you like a specific theme, you can make it the default for all new workbooks. To switch to another theme, click Page Layout Themes, and pick the one you want.
