Thread two text frames from one page to another and insert the table in that story. If the table wont fit on one page it will flow to the next. You can only have a break between rows. You can have a row continue in another frame.
To sort a whole table, place the cursor somewhere in it. To sort a selection of rows, select those rows. You can also indicate the number of header and footer rows which the sorter will then exclude from the sort. Any header and footer rows defined in the table are displayed in the scripts dialog.

The steps to modify a table are given below; Select the table. Two new tabs Design and Layout appear on the Ribbon. On Design tab you will see three groups of commands to modify table; Table Style Options, Table Styles and Draw Borders;
Go to Layout Margins and Columns and first check Enable Layout Adjustment, then change the number of columns to 1. Next, change the outside margin to the width of the line you measured in step 2. Click OK, and InDesign will reflow all your text into the new single column that you made.
First, select the row you want to move: Next, cut it to the clipboard (Command/Ctrl-X). Now insert a new row where you want it (place the cursor in the row above or below the position you want to put the new row and then choose Table Insert Row). Finally (and this is the hard part), choose Edit Paste.
Add table headers in InDesign Add table. Create a table that spans multiple tables or columns. Table Table options Table setup. Table header repeat requirements. In the Headers and Footers tab choose whether you want your table column header rows to repeat on each column, each frame or each page.
