Got questions?

Below are some common questions from our customers that may provide you with the answer you're looking for. If you can't find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

To edit a guest RSVP, please follow these steps: Login to your Evite account. Click on your name on the top right corner. Select My Events Locate the invitation on the dashboard. Click on the More button. Select Manage Invitation Locate the guest and click on the Pencil icon. Update their status.
Caption Options. If you do need to switch your response, try to do it before the reply-by date. If you returned the card as soon as you received the wedding invitation, you might not miss that deadline, which is usually a few days before brides have to give final head counts to their wedding venue and caterer.
Click Change Reply or something similar next to your Yes RSVP. The tab could also be phrased as Change your Response or something similar. If you dont notice these words on the invitation page, see if theres an RSVP tab and click on this. The RSVP tab will likely give you the option to alter your own response.
Add a note to the host explaining the change, if youd like. This is a polite thing to do, especially if youre changing your RSVP at the last minute. Give a quick explanation about why you had to say No instead of Yes and briefly apologize for any inconvenience this might cause the host.
A phone call, not a text, is appropriate, and if they dont answer, leave a voicemail. If you dont hear back from them after a couple of days, then follow it up with an email or text letting them know that you called and youre so sorry you cant make it.
Subject lines for your wedding invitation emails We recommend you include key information about your special occasion in the subject line: the couples names, the event, and the wedding date. As a result, your invitees wont overlook such an email and will understand who the message is from immediately.
When is it too late to R.S.V.P.? Answer: As a rule, its best to R.S.V.P. right away or no later than three to four weeks prior to the wedding.
Using the RSVP Tool Log into your WeddingWire account. Click Planning Tools then Wedding Website Click on the Pages tab. Click Add Page and select the RSVP page. Enter the page title and description and click Create Page Click on your new RSVP page in the left rail to open the page.
