Select the item you want to edit, then select the Pencil ✎ icon. Select Custom fields. Select Define Fields. For each new custom field, enter the name of the field, then select the Use checkbox.
To change the template of an invoice, please click on the saved invoice which you would like to edit, then choose Select Template.
How do I change the address which shows on my invoices? You can go to the Company menu and then select My Company. From there, click the Pencil icon on the upper part of the Company Information window. Change/Enter the Address section and then hit OK to update settings.
You can change the invoice format in Tally by Pressing Ctrl+P and configuring the print settings. The print configuration allows users to show/hide fields, details, caption, description, print logo, etc.
To change the address on an invoice in QuickBooks: Select the gear icon. Click Account and Settings. Go to Company. Select Addresses and adjust the bill or shipping addresses as needed.
Heres how: Select + New. Select Invoice. From the Customer ▼ dropdown, select a customer. In the Shipping to field, edit the address. Create the rest of the invoice as you normally would. Select Save.
Also remember when posting an invoice it is a legal document that you cannot (and should not) change even though it is something as simple as an address.
Step 1: Under Edit, click Preferences and then Send Forms. Step 2: Choose the Company Preferences tab and select the Email Templates button. Step 3: Select Invoice from the template list and click Edit. Step 4: Customize the email template ing to your preferences and click OK to save your changes.
