Select the menu item Insert - Header - Default. All of the pages that use the Default page style, everything from page 2 onward, will now have a header. Anything you type in that header will appear on all of those pages.
To insert the document title into the header: Select File Properties Description, enter a title for your document in the Title area, and click OK to close the dialog box. Add a header (Insert Header Default). Place the cursor in the header part of the page. Select Insert Fields Title.
Click the Envelope tab at the top of the window. Click the Addressee field, and type the name and address of the recipient. Alternatively, to create a mail merge from a database, select the database, table and field to draw addresses from using the three drop-down menus on the right side of the window.
Put your cursor in the first page, then choose Insert Header First Page from the pulldown menus.
To edit an existing table of contents: Right-click anywhere in the TOC. From the pop-up menu, choose Edit Index/Table. The Insert Index/Table dialog box opens and you can edit and save the table as described in the previous section.
To insert a new table, position the cursor where you want the table to appear, then use any of the following methods to open the Insert Table dialog box: From the main menu, select Table Insert Table. Press Control+F12. From the Standard toolbar, click the Table icon.
To set a header or footer: Navigate to the sheet that you want to set the header or footer for. Select Format Page. Select the Header (or Footer) tab. Select the Header on option.
Create a new text document: File New Text Document, or open a pre-existing form letter with File Open. Display the registered data sources: View Data sources (or press F4). Find the data source that you wish to use for the form letter, in this case Points.
To change margins using the Page Style dialog: Right-click anywhere on the page and select Page from the pop-up menu. On the Page page of the dialog, type the required distances in the Margins boxes.
The text-direction buttons belong to the property of a graphic object. You can use it in Writer, when you insert the T object. So one solution is to not write directly into the label, but use a T object. The other property to turn a character is in menu Format Character Position Rotation/Scaling.
