Questioner: Why is change in life so difficult? When I was younger I was excited by change, I would looked forward to it, I was happy when it happened. As Im growing older, I try to avoid it as much as possible and not able to cope when it happens. Sadhguru: It all depends who is initiating the change. (Laughter) Questioner: Maybe. But is there something like an appropriate response to change? Sadhguru: One reason why change is becoming difficult as you get older is you have found cocoons of comfort; there are many comfort zones youve created. Any disturbance of that, youre disturbed now. When you were young you were not looking for comfort, you were looking for life. Now, youre not looking for life, youre looking for comfort - safety. See when you were sixteen, eighteen, you had wild dreams as to what you want to do with your life. By the time you became twenty-five you cut down all the frills and thought, This is all not practical I am becoming practical now. All that you

The USMCA, which substituted the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is a mutually beneficial win for North American workers, farmers, ranchers, and businesses. The Agreement creates more balanced, reciprocal trade supporting high-paying jobs for Americans and grow the North American economy.
Its goal is to limit global warming to well below 2, preferably to 1.5 degrees Celsius, compared to pre-industrial levels. To achieve this long-term temperature goal, countries aim to reach global peaking of greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible to achieve a climate neutral world by mid-century.
NAFTA had largely eliminated tariffs on trade between the three North American countries, and the USMCA not only preserves free trade but also updates the rules to accommodate changes in the world since NAFTA went into effect in 1994.
Here are five of the agreement's key points. Limit temperature rise 'well below' 2 C. ... First universal climate agreement. ... Helping poorer nations. ... Publishing greenhouse gas reduction targets. ... Carbon neutral by 2050?
The Agreement is a legally binding international treaty. It entered into force on 4 November 2016. Today, 194 Parties (193 States plus the European Union) have joined the Paris Agreement.
The problem is that the nationally determined contributions (the commitments) are not. Scientists predict that, even if the countries in the Paris Agreement honor their carbon reduction commitments, the Earth's temperature will increase by 3 degrees Celsius by the end of century compared to pre-industrial levels.
The U.S. – Mexico – Canada Agreement (USMCA) is a trade agreement between the named parties. The USMCA replaced the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
It's the world's most important climate goal: limiting the Earth's warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius (2.7 Fahrenheit). It's the aspiration of global agreements, and to inhabitants of some small island nations, the marker of whether their homes will continue to exist.
NAFTA remained in force until USMCA was implemented. In April 2020, Canada and Mexico notified the U.S. that they were ready to implement the agreement. The USMCA took effect on July 1, 2020, replacing NAFTA.
One of the key differences between NAFTA and USMCA is the sunset provision that causes the agreement to expire 16 years after it was implemented (2036). It also requires a review of the trade deal every six years to amend or re-authorize the agreement to ensure no issues are overlooked.
