hello this is laptop media and today we will show you how to open the dell xps 13 9310 and whats inside of it to get inside of this notebook you need to undo eight torx head screws then carefully pry the bottom panel starting from the front two edges [Music] please remember it would be of great help to us if you just hit the like button and subscribe to our channel that would motivate us to make even more and better videos for you this device is powered by a 52 watt hours battery pack it has a very large footprint but a super thin profile [Music] unfortunately the memory is soldered to the motherboard but on the bright side you can configure the laptop with up to 32 gigabytes of lpddr4x ram in dual channel mode storage wise there is a single m.2 pci ex4 slot as you can see the cooling solution comprises a single bulky heat pipe two small heat spreaders and a couple of tiny fans if youd like to see more disassembly videos of the latest notebooks we would highly appreciate if you hit

The chemical shift in the ESCA spectrum—or equivalently in the X-ray spectra—is caused by changes in the electron binding energies. Therefore, we shall here consider different ways of calculating the electron binding energy of an atom or a molecule—methods that can also be used to evaluate chemical shifts.
The ideal dimension for an XPS analysis sample is 1cm X 1cm, with a maximum of 0.5cm thickness. Samples with lengths up to 5cm and widths up to 2.2cm can also be analysed. Samples below 0.5cm x 0.5cm dimension are difficult to mount on the sample stage. XPS analysis depends on the spot size.
High-Resolution XPS (HR-XPS) uses a monochromator which provides the following advantages over a standard x-ray source: • An x-ray energy distribution with reduced energy width improves chemical selectivity by narrowing the spectral peaks. • A lower spectral background.
XPS / ESCA The average depth of analysis for an XPS measurement is approximately 5 nm. PHI XPS instruments provide the ability to obtain spectra with a lateral spatial resolution as small as 7.5 µm. Spatial distribution information can be obtained by scanning the micro focused x-ray beam across the sample surface.
Its main features are: Highly automated instrument that uses focused monochromatic Al (Kα) X-rays for spatially resolved chemical analysis. X-ray spot size ranges from 10 μm to 200 μm.
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is a surface analytical technique, which is based upon the photoelectric effect. Each atom in the surface has core electron with the characteristic binding energy that is conceptually, not strictly, equal to the ionization energy of that electron.
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) is an analytical technique that uses photoelectrons excited by X-ray radiation (usually Mg Kα or Al Kα) for the characterization of surfaces to a depth of 2–5 nm.

Basically, two different x ray sources are used in xps to distinguish Auger peaks from photo electron peaks. An Auger peak represents the kinetic energy of an auger electron which changes with the energy of primary xrays.
