this tutorial is about a command called change space which is very useful for moving objects between model space and paper space you can see here I have a site plan and in it I have a North Point and also a scale bar some text if I go through two paper space see it all positioned there in the viewport now it may be that on occasions you need to move an object like a sky bar or Northpoint for example from model space to paper space this is how we did Im double clicking inside the viewport to make that active from modify Ill end choose change space you could also type in CH space and enter you can see now in the command line that Im prompted to select the objects so Ill select the scale bar in the North Point and enter and those now are in paper space if I select them youll see they can move their way outside the viewport to move them back through go back to modify change space Im prompted to select the objects which are these two and enter and you can see theyve been transferred
