If you wish to change your interview location, a new form DS-160 is not required. The Embassy or Consulate at which you actually apply can access your form using the barcode on your DS-160 confirmation page, which you must bring to the visa interview.
It is generally not possible to transfer your DS160 application/visa petition from one Consulate to another, unless the Consulates are located in one country and they specifically confirmed that you can attend an appointment at a different location than you originally selected on your DS-160 application.
After you electronically sign and submit your DS-160 application online, you will not get an option to change the interview location in DS 160 application.
Correction of the DS160 confirmation number after you have scheduled an appointment is available until two business days before your visa interview. To correct the number, please log in to your profile, and select Update profile or contact the call center for assistance.
Overview. If you have already scheduled an appointment online, but wish to modify your document delivery address, you can do so by clicking the Change Address button below.
