Google Sheets to track inventory levels set reorder points and automatically calculate reorder quantities create a table with the following headers in row one item name current quantity reorder Point reorder quantity in the reorder quantity column create a formula to calculate the quantity to reorder automatically the formula should subtract the current quantity from the reorder point and add a safety stock quantity for example if you want to maintain a safety stock of five units for each item the formula would be equals b2c2 plus 5. to make it easier to track when items need to be reordered apply conditional formatting to the current quantity column go to format greater than conditional formatting and set the rule to highlight cells when the value is less than or equal to the value in the reorder Point column now whenever quantity is lower itll be highlighted in red change some values in the quantity to make sure values are highlighted correctly in this example I am chaining some val
