Sort an entire sheet On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. At the top, right-click the letter of the column you want to sort by. Click Sort sheet A to Z or Sort sheet Z to A.
The first step is to open Google Sheets and click the drop down arrow next to the sheet name. Click the drop down arrow next to the sheet name. Click on the Sheet Name. With your mouse, click and drag the Sheet, then drop it between the other two sheets.
To change the order in which the columns are sorted, select an entry and then click the Up or Down arrow next to the Options button to change the order.
To do so, simply right-click the tab you want to move and select Move Or Copy from the resulting context menu. Then, in the Before Sheet dialog box, select the appropriate sheet or select the (Move To End) option.
Sort numbers Select a cell in the column you want to sort. On the Data tab, in the Sort Filter group, do one of the following: To sort from low to high, click. (Sort Smallest to Largest). To sort from high to low, click. (Sort Largest to Smallest).
Choose the option that says Sort left to right and click OK. This returns you to the original Sort pop-up window. Here, you can choose Helper for the Sort by selection. You can also change the Order to Largest to Smallest. Click OK to see the table flip its columns.
Right-click the worksheet tab and select Move or Copy. Select the Create a copy checkbox. Under Before sheet, select where you want to place the copy. Select OK.
Use Shortcut Keys to Change Worksheets in Excel Press and release the PgDn key on the keyboard. To move another sheet to the right press and release the PgDn key a second time. Worksheet tabs are located at the bottom-left of the Excel window. To move to the left, press and hold down the Ctrl key on the keyboard.
